Week 2 #2

Four Social groups and The Media They use

1. College Student
   Me as a college student admit it that i have an advance technology. Since i entered college life, i don't have and use printed book anymore, i get information from E-Book or internet and the lecture always gave us the lecture notes as a substitute the printed book. The media i use to support my education is computer, laptop, internet/website and smartphone.

2. Merchant
   If i go to night market or fair, i always see the merchant always shouting the things that they sell with the price, but for some merchant shouting like that will spend much energy, so the merchant prefer to record their voice and replay more and more. Beside that way, merchant also use a small banner or poster or a medium price tag to sell their things. So we know the media they use is a tape recorder, printed media such as poster, banner and price tag.

3. Housewives
   As i can see my mother in the house, my mother not really advance to use high technology like college student. There is a reason our mother not really advance to use high technology, because their task to do in house not require use a laptop or internet, i mean like if they want to cook something the laptop can't do as well like frying pan and the computer can't do as well like vacuum cleaner to clean the house. So the media that housewives use is only a cellphone to call her family and some printed media like recipe book.

4. Actor/Actress
   Actor or actress always busy with their work, they have to ready when the director call them to shoot or something, as an actor and actress they must up to date about news especially about entertainment and fashion. The actor can get any updates about news and fashion from anywhere, i mean from printed media or digital media. So the media they use for digital media is smartphone, laptop, tablet, internet and for printed media they always use magazines.
